
Full Moon in Pisces? That sounds like water to me – rain, river, bathtub. Because so many of us are particularly emotionally-charged right now, this Full Moon is PERFECT ; we can use this spiked water energy to soothe ourselves. I suggest the following tips for use at any time but I think you may find them particularly helpful this weekend:
TIP 1: Wash your hands. Think about it for a minute; you touch everything all day – so does everyone else – and you are picking up energy every step of the way. Wash your hands periodically throughout your day (in addition to any required lavatory visits); if practical, use a gentle salt scrub or rosemary-mint soap for extra assist. Not only will your hands be clean, you will release any stray energy you have “picked up.” This is particularly important if you shake hands; the direct contact leaves much energy behind, and with very few exceptions, you are better off without it.
TIP 2: Add a dash of salt. At the end of the day, add sea salt to your shower gel or bath water. Use the power of the salt to clear and ground your energy as the water wash you clean and takes any negativity away with it down the drain.
TIP 3: Have a drink. You already know the importance of being hydrated. Drink your water. It is good for your body, it is good for your energy, it is just plain good. If you don’t like drinking water, try herbal infusion teas – peppermint is particularly good for positive energy.
