The August New Moon and its Solar Eclipse mark a new beginning!!

Leo’s second Dark Moon has arrived!!

As you all know, Leo is full of sunny, we-can-do-it! energy; two Dark Moon’s are two opportunities to funnel that energy into new endeavors, two opportunities to transition from where you are to where you want to be. If you haven’t already, it is time to look within and decide: What seeds will you plant?

 Let’s take a look at the cards above:

• Temperance arrives on the spot with the message that kicks it all off, “Seek Balance in all things – have a cupcake, eat a salad, it’s all good!” and this message makes everything else possible because once we find balance within ourselves, we can work towards establishing balance outside of ourselves (and no matter what news outlet you favor, you know how desperately it is needed in the world).
• As if to illustrate the point, Temperance is immediately backed up by Six of Wands with a timely reminder, “Victory takes a village!” which is so very easy to forget in the rush and flush of celebration; maintain your grace and humility no matter what happens – you are never entirely on your own, remember that. Always.
• Nines of Swords and Pentacles follow swiftly to hold us accountable for how best we use our gifts. Wallowing in thoughts of inadequacy is useless and self-indulgent; appreciate all you have already accomplished, and think of ways to improve your situation further. After all, Leo calls for action! 
• Aces of Cups and Pentacles loudly announce: The time is now!!! The time is ripe for putting your resources where your heart is to create the love work you desire but do not wait around – this is fleeting and it will move on with or without you!

If you have projects you want to move forward, positions you want to improve, or relationships you want to solidify, this is the time to work on it.

Get organized, get moving, and don’t spare the horses!!!
