The Dark Moon is a fabulous time for personal inventory; take a really good look at yourself, your life, your motivations. Ask yourself:
If you are living an authentic life, honest with yourself and others about who and what you are, the answers should be ‘yes’ (barring outside forces such as accident, illness, etc). If any of the answers is ‘no,’ ask yourself “Why?” and pay close attention to the answer.
EXAMPLE: I have a friend, let’s call him Jet. Jet has a great deal of anxiety in his life. Why? Because he is feigning monogamy and he fears his primary partner will find out. If Jet were living an authentic life, he would have been honest with potential partners about his difficulty with monogamy, and perhaps would have found a like-minded partner. Jet needed to be honest with himself first; the Norman Rockwell photo arrangement he carries in his head may look good but clearly does not feel right to him. He lives an inauthentic life, and he has the anxiety to prove it.
The Dark Moon is a protective cloak; the profound darkness provides a safe place for you to examine yourself thoroughly without fear of intrusion. If you find anything you wish to release from yourself, this is the time. If you find something you would like to remodel, this is a great time to start such a personal project. Plant the seeds snugly in the darkness and they will grow to bask in the light.
Be happy, be safe, be well.
With Love and Light.

Happy April, Lovelies! We’ve got new moon coming up on the 7th in the sign of Aries and it’s a super moon to boot. Even though you won’t be able to see the moon in the sky, you’ll be feeling it for sure. Aries aren’t known for being super nurturing or soft (Mars, the God of War rules here), so don’t expect that kinda energy this week, instead, this new moon is going to give us a hyper reality wake up call, making sure we see all the in’s and out’s, the good and the bad of the situation we’re in so we can make a proper strategy for plowing forward. If Aries do need nurturing, they do it through physical exertion like running, swimming, biking, lifting, hiking, sex, you get the idea–get outside and move your body if you need to take care of yourself this week. Aries…
